MISSION
STATEMENT
To provide quality leisure activities,
services and facilities to individuals of all ages that are
affordable and accessible to all. The City of Oneida Recreation
& Youth Services Department will ensure residents that all
programs and facilities are available for the public to
participate in regardless of age, gender, income, physical
disabilities, creed, or other barriers that would preclude
participation.
The City of Oneida Recreation and Youth
Services Department will continue to stress the value of positive
leisure experiences and continue to maintain liaisons with other
public and private organizations that impact upon the education,
health, safety, and leisure needs of residents.

All
program registrations
accepted by mail or in person at the Parks and Recreation Office
during regular business hours. Fees charged must be paid by check
or money order made payable to: CITY CHAMBERLAIN
Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
The Department reserves the right to limit
program registrations. All sign-ups are made on a first come
first serve basis, and are open to those individuals within the
Oneida Consolidated School District.
A Recreation Commission,
comprised of local citizens (adult and youth), advises the Department on
recreational interests. The Commission also provides oversight for future
programs/facilities planning. The Recreation Commission meets the Second
