• Pay at the Counter-City Chamberlain's Office: City Hall, 109 North Main Street Oneida NY 13421(Regular business hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:00pm, Fridays, 8:am-3:30pm) although days and times may vary).
• Lock Box drop off–Between front doors at City Hall, 109 N. Main Street (Hours: 24 Hours–7 days per week)
• Online Bill Pay through your Bank- Please allow at least 3 business days prior to due date for processing to avoid penalties 
• Pay your Water/Sewer bill online by credit card or electronic check by clicking HERE
